What is your return policy?

In addition to your right of withdrawal, Jaswil offers you a voluntary right of return for items purchased in the Jaswil online shop. You can return the items without giving a reason within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are complete, unused and undamaged. Please keep the delivery note of the package in case it needs to be traced. 

The following also applies to returns after the 14-day statutory withdrawal period has expired:

The following items cannot be returned: underwear, swimwear. Items must be returned in the condition in which they were received. We do not accept or refund items that have been worn or washed. If the quality of the item has deteriorated as a result of such wear and tear, we reserve the right to refuse the item and issue a refund.

Statutory warranty claims for the purchase of defective goods according to §§ 437ff BGB remain unaffected. These statutory warranty claims are not restricted in any way by the statements on the right of return.

Do you offer refunds?

As a rule, the refund will be made no later than 60 days after we have received your return. Any payments you have received, including the cost of standard shipping and any processing fees. However, we can withhold a refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent them back to us, whichever is earlier. As soon as the goods you have returned have been checked in our warehouse, you will receive a notification from us via email about the refund. Your refund will be made to the bank account you specified. It usually takes 8-10 working days for a refund to appear on your statement / statement. This duration depends entirely on the guidelines of your bank. You can check the status of your refund at any time in your online account or at your card-issuing institute. 

 

If you received the wrong or damaged item, contact our customer service at info@jaswil.com with photos of the wrong / damaged item and we will sort it out. 

 

Note to EU consumers: According to Article 16 (c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83 / EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, you cannot be offered a right of withdrawal for:

1. the delivery of goods that are manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or that are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods whose seal was broken after delivery and which are therefore unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene,

therefore Jaswil reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

 

Can I exchange an item for a different size / color?

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you're not sure which size fits better, check out our size charts. We have one for every item in our store in the product description. While it's rare, it is possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If so, please notify us within one week of receiving your order info@jaswil.com with. Include the order number and photos of the mislabelled item. We will send you a new one or refund the purchase price!
